Hello Troop 611 Community,
I apologize for sending this notification on such short notice, but we have decided to cancel our Family Dinner Event, including Take-Out. As you’ve seen on the news, information on Covid-19 has been changing rapidly. We’ve had many discussions on how best to safely proceed with our Take-Out Dinner, but in the end decided to act on the side of caution. Thank you to everyone for all the hard work you’ve contributed to this Event.
* Please let everyone know as quickly as possible about our decision to cancel.
* We will have T611 members at the Church Gym on Saturday 3/14, from 3 to 7pm, for anyone who will want a refund (please bring your tickets).
* If you cannot make it to the Church at that time, please mail your tickets with your name and return address to the Church Office (640 North 5th Street, San Jose, California 95112), and we will send your refund by mail.
Thank you for always supporting our Troop, and we look forward to seeing you at our Family Dinner next year.
