After the last Board meeting, Janice contacted Mary Jo Gleaves of J. Morey Company to increase the coverage on the two parsonages. Janice also requested more information on the adequate coverage we currently have.  We need more information in order to make a sound decision on increasing the coverage or leaving it the same.  Mary Jo agreed to contact Mitsui Marine for information.

  • Facilities Report – Steve Onishi

Steve Onishi and Janice Oda have been discussing the 6’x6’ signs located at the entry of the parking lots.  Henry Oda, Janice’s father, has been annually repainting and maintaining those signs. Janice Oda recommends that those signs be replaced by ones that do not require as much maintenance.  The initial replacement research will cost under $2500.  Should the estimates be over $2500, Steve will submit a motion for Board approval.
