Overview
In this session, you will enjoy a gentle Yoga lesson with the essence of Buddhism for 40 minutes on Zoom. After the talk about Buddhism and yoga, Chair Yoga and Basic yoga will be offered alternatively on Saturdays at 10:00 am. Chair Yoga classes are guided by Mikame Sensei on odd numbered weeks. Basic Yoga classes are guided by Kaori on even numbered weeks. There might be a change in schedule because of service schedules.
Our first session is Chair Yoga on May 2nd at 10:00 am.
The instruction and talks in the class will be done in both Japanese and English.
All ages and all abilities are welcome at this session. Please wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move around in.
Let’s stretch your body within your comfort zone and share the cozy time for your body and mind together!

していただけるクラスです。 毎週土曜日 10 時より、 奇数週はミカメ先生がチェアヨガ、
偶数週はカオリ先生がベーシックヨガクラスをお届けします。(今後、お寺のサービスの
予定によりクラスの予定も変更する可能性があります。)最初のクラスは5月2日(土)10
時よりはじまります。クラスは英語と 日本語でゆっくり動いていくので、 初めての方もご
年配の方も安心してお受けいただけます。動きやすい服装でご参加ください!
